The Workstation is our flagship cart for offices and corporate events. It’s also a sleek cart for weddings. It comes complete with a 17 gallon water tank, filtered water on boarding system, built in knock box, pitch rinser and sink. We use our La Marzocco Linea Mini one group with this cart as well. We recommend this cart for offices where space can sometimes be an issue but you need to produce enough volume for groups of 50-150.
Our first cart, the Capsule is a beast! It comes equipped with a 17 gallon water tank, filtered water on boarding system, built in knock box, pitch rinser and sink. We use our Appia II 2 group machine in order to pull 4 espresso shots at a time and typically staff 2 baristas with this cart.. This means we can pump out some serious volume! We recommend this cart for larger scale corporate events from 150 guests - 1000+. We also can offer up to 3 carts/barista stations for larger groups so email us today for a custom quote.
The Mini cart
If you are hosting an event under 50 guests and in a building with no ramp and limited space, this is perfect solution! Our mini cart can be transported and set up on site with ease. This sleek cart comes with a 5 gallon water tank and flo-jet system, built in knock box and pitch rinser. We can change out the machine to meet your needs as well. If you are hosting an intimate occasion, this is the perfect solution!
